I had a great experience with Banks Auto Body. They repaired the damage to the front bumper on my Subaru Crosstrek, and the results came out looking like new. The repair was clean, the paint and panel alignment looked great, and the turnaround time was quick. Communication throughout the process was easy, and everyone was professional and friendly. Honestly I never leave reviews but Banks Auto Body is a one a kind body shop their customer support was phenomenal as well as the communication, they haled everything from start to finish. Handling the claim to fixing my car as well doing a complete transformation they go above and beyond for their clients I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you are reading this don’t second guess yourself just come here they will do 110% on your car shout out to Carlos and his team for everything they have done for me I’m truly grateful and satisfied you won’t regret it. Fantastic local business! Carlos clearly loves what he does and it shows. Took my truck in for a small dent on the fender and a few minor scratches that needed touching up. He was extremely honest and forthcoming with the work he proposed. Carlos is extremely fair and so easy to do business with. I got my vehicle back in a few days, at the price he quoted, and even threw in some extra work at no additional charge! The work is first-rate and his crew well versed in what they do.
