This has been the best experience. This was from an accident that was not my fault. Rosie and Carlos go above and beyond and made this process so easy and smooth. They helped deal with the insurance company and rental which made it seamless. The communication with the shop was consistent. My expectations have been far exceeded. Carlos does excellent work and is very detail oriented. Rosie is so nice and really helpful. I cannot say enough great things about them!! I feel like t car looks better than when I first bought it! Wish I had a picture of my front grill damage but it looks brand new now

I had a great experience with Banks Auto Body. They repaired the damage to the front bumper on my Subaru Crosstrek, and the results came out looking like new. The repair was clean, the paint and panel alignment looked great, and the turnaround time was quick. Communication throughout the process was easy, and everyone was professional and friendly. I really appreciated the quality of the work. Highly recommend them if you need reliable auto body repairs!

Honestly I never leave reviews but Banks Auto Body is a one a kind body shop their customer support was phenomenal as well as the communication, they haled everything from start to finish. Handling the claim to fixing my car as well doing a complete transformation they go above and beyond for their clients I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you are reading this don’t second guess yourself just come here they will do 110% on your car shout out to Carlos and his team for everything they have done for me I’m truly grateful and satisfied you won’t regret it. Recommend my mom over to Banks Auto Body after Carlos and his crew took care of my car. My mom was pleased and impressed with the results. Carlos knows what his talking about and what he’s doing. Carlos was amazing. He took his time and worked with me. This is the first time I had a car end up totaled. He helped me through the whole process and made sure eveything went smooth. I highly recommend him. Very professional and wants to make sure his customers are taken care of.
